This is a MINDSET class. In this class you will learn to identify, recognize, and effectively treat someone having a variety of medical injuries/illnesses. This is not a stop the bleed class, you will learn that but we go far beyond that. The skills learned in this class have real world application, you are more likely to save someone’s life with this knowledge than you are with a gun. There is Firearm usage and training in this class. YOU SHOULD TAKE THIS CLASS HOW YOU CARRY EVERY DAY

Single day 8 hour format (class is 40% classroom 60% hands on)

Gear list

  1. Open mind

  2. Quality Pistol with a holster designed for that firearm

  3. Quality Belt

  4. Magazine 2 minimum (4 or more is ideal)

  5. A way to carry 2 magazines (1 in the gun and 1 on body)

  6. 500 rounds of ammo for YOUR gun

  7. Eye/Ear protection

  8. Ball Cap

  9. IF YOU OWN A MEDICAL KIT BRING IT AND TRAIN WITH IT!

  10. Pen, paper, note taking material

  11. Lunch, water, snacks, electrolyte replacement

  12. Weather appropriate clothing (You will be outside)

  13. Appropriate footwear (Closed toe shoes)

  14. Knee pads (Optional)

  15. Any other mission essential gear you think is necessary
